Rosalind101 Posted May 23, 2015 Share Posted May 23, 2015 Hello all, I had a SAH three years ago. It's been treated with a coiling and then a flow diverter. I recovered well with no complications. I'm now 36 and pregnant and wondering about my birth options. Has anyone on here given birth naturally after having a flow diverter put in? They are quite new so I think I'm in a minority... The obstetric consultants and anaesthetists are all fussing around me not quite sure what to do, because they understand coilings but not flow diverters... Meanwhile the neuro radiologists are telling me I should be fine for a natural birth. I'm finding the whole thing very stressful so am hoping there are some others out there in my situation..?
