  1. Hi Rosie I can empathise with you totally. I don't feel the same person I was pre bleed. So much has changed for me and I too have struggled with low mood. Please go to speak to your GP and either try and get some talking therapy or anti-anxiety meds. Hopefully one of those will help. I must admit the fear of it happening again has never really bothered me but I can appreciate that for some it must be a constant concern. Take comfort from the advice that the neurosurgeons give - that you have a far greater chance of having a road accident. Take care, Clare xx

  2. Please do get the vaccine. Pfizer and moderna are mRNA vaccines which means they are just proteins. Drink lots of water/ fluids and take Tylenol after the shot. I have two of my patients have hives and dizziness. If you have flu like symptoms, that is just a reaction to be expected. If you don’t get the vaccine, you will probably get the virus. And there is not guarantee if it will be a mild case. We don’t have AstraZeneca here. It is a shame that Johnson is on hold due to clots. I see many people all the time with clots. Some due to sitting in plane/ car/ train, some due to immobi

Hi I`m new here, 5 days ago I had the worst headache of my life, I`d been having headaches for a while but this one felt different in that it felt like someone had my head in a vice and was poking their finger between my eye socket and eyeball, and in my temple. I called the doctor and she told me to go to A&E straight away. Initially I had a chest x ray head CT scan and blood tests at Whipps Cross Hospital, and they decided to admit me. The next day I had further obs done.an MRI and more bloods etc, the next day I had another CT. A doctor came and said I could go
