That's really good news dawn ? I have yet to return to work tired it and it didn't work out at all. I have now joined a cedar retraining course which will run for two years and I will try all the jobs I want and feel I can do now to see how things work out with the headaches still in full force it limits what I can do and returning to cafe work will not be an option. Try and relax on your extra hours at home ( easier said than done ) Good luck Donna

That's great news Sandi I will add this to my information for doctors as I'm waiting on a referral to see if I would be able to take something like this!! Since I had my SAH 2 1/2 years ago the kitchen is def not my favourite place. I've burnt loads of things from just sauces to entire dinners before I used to have friends and family over all the time but its safer if I order takeout or Gareth cooks now ( last year I flooded the kitchen just trying to wash a few dishes lol !! On a brighter note I got a new one . It takes time and effort to cook now but I still keep trying some day good some bad ( if u only seen what happened to Keith's recipe for beef Wellington lol) but try and try again is my motto

Does anyone have a problem with there emotions I cry at adverts on tv in the past but now they are gone !!! Not just because off my granny but other family matters close to the heart and I'm as dry as a whistle what's up with this. Not that I want to cry but I no everything that's come up in the last few days should make me feel something where is the person I was have I turned into an uncaring !!!!???!!! Does anyone else have this problem I'm becoming so lost Donna

My sleeping pattern is awful it changes so much all the time one night it's no sleep even if I'm tired and have tried to sleep !!! This goes on for days then my body shuts itself down and I just sleep for hours / days I've had sleeping tablets and even with these on bad nights I can only manage about two hours Donna

Hi Stephanie sorry you are feeling low No you are not using this as an excuse but many people don't seem to realise how we feel !!!! Put your feet up and have a nice cuppa !!!! Maybe you should print of the spoon story for for son and that would help him understand. I have only explained this to very close people as I decide it wasn't worth my energy on others Take care Donna

That's great news Sally !!!!! I got my appeals forms through and they didn't change it so I'm going for an oral appeal can't believe it !!! They didn't get my doctors letters until the 24th which states I'm unfit for work and a risk to me and others but they still didn't change there mind think I'm going to have to get an mp or someone on my side as I'm screwed Donna:devil:

Welcome to the site Stephanie !!!!! I have been suffering depression since my SAH which was over 2 years ago!!!! I find it really hard to get going I have been trying many different anti d since my bleed but none seem to be working. Before my bleed I was a healthy and happy person. You are most definitely not losing your mind many of us feel this way!!! Just be strong and rest loads if u ever want to talk just PM me Take care Donna

I'm about 2 1/2 years on from SAH and I had coiling done an still suffer with daily headaches to me it's like a really long hangover no doctor can find a problem I've been for loads of scans and the both Annie's look fine. One coiled one watching. I'm waiting on another doctor ( neuro) to check it out but still waiting and waiting !!!! I've tried everything from tablets, relaxation , herbal medicines and faith healing ( I'm in the middle I the last one at the min so fingers crossed) next and my last option is acupuncture Hope you get something sorted Donna
