However, with the present cost of living I would much rather that you can put your heating on this winter and if you need to cancel your monthly paypal donation, please do so and don't feel guilty or bad for doing it.

Some members cancelled their monthly donation a few months back, so don't feel alone if you need to do so. We're all going through very tough times at the minute and it makes sense to put food on the table and put the heat on. 

BTG won't disappear .... it's not going anywhere and it's financially strong. Please do what's good for you. xx

Hi Suzie, re: driving assessment - We have a Behind the Gray Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/behindthegray and one of our Australian visitors has kindly offered the following information.

"There are time frames dependent upon the brain injury. But if your neurologist says its ok, then its ok. If there is uncertainity, there are specialist occupational therapists who can complete a driving assessment - this is more a test of the cognitive requirements during driving, decision making, reaction times, planning, and then a physical test afterwards"

The cost of living is absolutely dreadful at the minute with rising fuel, food, electric and gas bills....it feels as though it's never ending and bad news always just around the corner.

For those of you who donate monthly, please feel free to cancel your donation .... you don't need to contact me, as Paypal will send me an email to let me know.

I would much rather that you put your money towards your bills and can put the heat on this winter.   

We can raise future funds at another point when times are better.
