I was so fit I could drink loadsa wine, eat loadsa grub, and work with hubby,!! Seriously I was so unfit I was a prime candidate for what happened to me. Stress, Worries, etc.

I thought I was invincible, not so !

My life style has changed now. I feel thankful for a 2nd chance and I cannot take rows anymore.

I have told my family that the hospital said "Only happy thoughts for Win " white lie. lol

Still Keep Happy All and Smile and Sing when down.

Love to you All and remember the saying .. You can lead a horse to water but ? A Pencil must be lead ~ Boom boom
