SAH |
The generally accepted abbreviation for subarachnoid haemorrhage. |
Shunt |
A device for draining excess cerebrospinal fluid around the brain to other parts of the body. |
Subarachnoid Haemorrhage |
A type of stroke caused by bleeding into the space between the membranes covering the brain. |
Vasospasm |
Constriction of the arteries supplying the brain which can cause a stroke if not properly managed. |
