  1. Hi really disappointed with myself the nerves/anxiety was just too much so my hubby stayed in, I feel terrible today and I'm sure he is also disappointed that he didn't get his few hours off although he would never say it!

As a consequence I feel very under the wether today aches and pains, nausea, loss of appetite and pains in my head and neck.

What an emotional roller coaster although looking back at all your comments six weeks is still early days so that does give me some reassurance that things will improve

My appointment to attend the neuropsychology dept came through in writing this morning, its next Wednesday at 2pm please god let it help with my anxiety as I am sure this is what is making my symptoms 100 times worse

I wonder if you could help me, I'm six weeks

Post SAH/clipping surgery and here is my problem

My husband Jeff who has been a godsend

Throughout the whole nightmare has been invited

Out with friends tonight I really feel it would do him

The world of good to go but I'm scared of being alone

For the evening with my 11 year old son!

Am I being irrational ? just got this horrid feeling

What if I have another one whilst my husband

Is out and my son has to deal with it! I know I'm

Being daft so please help with your words of wisdom

  3. Hi all

Sorry not sure how to start a new thread,

Well week 3 & 4 have been tough I've felt

Rotten and week 5 is going the same way

I don't think I've had a day without head pains

This week my ear is blocked!!! I was hoping

To be feeling better but still tacking pain relief

Every 4-6 hours, I had a small bleed and my anni

Clipped I was in hospital for 7 days following

Surgery which when I compare to others on this

Site I've not been through half as much yet

My recovery doesn't seem to be going in the

Right direction! Sorry clearly having a bad day

Today and that's after resting all day.

Thinking of you all and reading your posts when

I'm on my own during the day really helps so thank

    You.

  4. Hi mick

I too have really suffered with sickness which resulted in me having a panic attack and turning up at a&e, anti sickness tablets have resolved the problem!! I guess we all panic at first and the a&e doctors didn't seem that surprised that I'd turned up therefore my next challenge is dealing with the anxiety. Sarahg

  6. Thank you all for your messages

Gosh it's really hard isn't it and I'm only in

    the early stages of recovery

Today's challenge is the vice like pressure

across the front of the head, however

Doctors reassure me I'm past the timeframe

For post op problems so I'll keep soldiering on x

  7. Hi everyone my name is sarah and I am 40 years old. I very recently had a SAH,3 weeks ago, which has now been clipped. I'm now at home and to say I'm struggling is a under statement. I've started with a loss of appetite and sickness and I'm really concerned although the doctors don't seem to be worried. I spent 9 days in hospital and I'm sure I'm doing really well but the anxiety has kicked but I'm hoping this site will help me through the bad days.

    Hope your all doing well?

    Love Sx
