Jilly Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 On Wednesday I found out that I am about to become redundant (I am not the only one so I think unfair dismissal might be hard to prove). I am due another operation in the very near future so am not sure where I stand, am I sick or unemployed, I have been working 5 (instead of 7) hours a day in my present job so not back to full time working phased return following SAH last February. I would appreciate anyones input on these issues at the moment I am just stunned.
