kpaggett Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Hi all you alternative medicine types, Here is a little remedy that has helped so much with my back pain when I wake-up. Please contact your doctor before trying as it has added sodium. 2oz Orange juice 2oz Banana Juice (if you have it other wise use 2oz more of OJ, but banana has extra potassium) 1/4tsp Himalayan salt (This kind has more than 40other minerals besides the sodium...sea salt only has about 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar (more potassium) Drink this EVERY night right before bed until you notice a difference.
