Keep yourself well hydrated and try to rest and relax as much as you can...

Hi there, welcome if I havent said it already...
My brain gets over stimulated one thing I did was I only drink one cup of coffee a day and that's mostly because
1. Coffee it stimulates the brain
2. I found that Decaff made it a lot worse, so one cup it is...
Keep yourself well hydrated.
But if concerned speak to the doc - peace of mind...
Take care, stay-safe.

Everyone is different.. their SAH or whatever is different - so I think we all just recover as and when, but 3wks is a very short time. As I've said slow and easy keep hydrated and rest lots even if you think you're ok ...'rest'
I also think this 3 weeks or 3 months is just a base line they give us really....
take care and stay-safe.

3. Is it normal to have a great day and then sleep almost all of the next?
I'd say very normal its just a case of balance but in those early days most definatly do less, sleep lots its all recovery... (for me that was the case anyway)

Hi there
warm welcome to the site, glad that you found us...
You are still early days in your recovery Yes Feb I know but its early days never the less, keep yourself well hydrated (helps with the dizzy/fatigue/headaches)
Do short walks for a while, the longer you walk you have to do the same in reverse to get home always bare that in mind...
DVLA seem to take an eterty to work though it, I dont drive just what I hear/read about on here.
And of course we have the 'pandemic' as they'll say, but do give them so long and find out...
Its all trial and error finding out what right for you.
wishing you well.
