thought i would bump this up for any newer members

Hi was just wondering does anyone feel like they miss little things that go on through the day ie ill be watching a show on tv then next things its over and i have to watch it again to remember (and no i havent falling asleep:lol:) or when im talking to someone next thing the conversation is over and i dont remember what has just been said i hope this make sense

I think most people do something nice on there annie versay !!!! but my memory is so bad i dont remeber what i done sorry congrats on getting to the 1 year mark( for 5 weeks time)

Hi i also find that the heat does affect me if im anywhere and it gets to hot my head and and quite often im also sick. i do find heat outside in the fresh air ok so hopefully it wont put you of your golf

im not going to get started on what has been said but my bleed was classed as a stroke and i have been sent to stroke units etc etc . Also my CIC paid out under the defition of stroke ????

Thats great news sandi !!!! just dont be rushing it (easier said than done ). matbe you should try your first full day when your ready but be sure your not working the next incase its really hard. Ive been trying to build my hours up by getting up early going to work for a while then coming home and doing as much as i can

im really glad this post was started. i get numbness quite often especailly my hands and arms this has helped to no its not just me

I had coiling done and have flown quite a few time since first time been just 5 weeks after surgery drink plenty of fluids and have painkiller at the ready just incase if your really nervous have a chat with your Doctor first

Sorry to here your having problems with your folllow up appointment. i was also told that my review was due last april and am still waiting every time i ring to check on it i am told it will be in the next 3 weeks.

When i was in the first week of recovery i thought the nurses were trying to make me sick and each night my temperure would go up i thought they were lying.When hubby arrived for the 2 hour afternoon visit i sent me out to get me a thermoneter and made him go around until he got me the same one as the nurses so i could tell them they were wrong £40 quid lighter and they temp did go up at night SORRY NURSES :oops:

i hate the waiting im still waiting on my review which i was told would be the april. I have rung them many of times and i told first told may then june then july and still nothing. Hope you get your appointment soon waiting sucks
