    Welcome to the family, I was also 28 when I had my SAh 2 years ago x x

    Recovery is a long road x x I am back at work but must say I do find it hard but my bills need paying x x x

  3. I know anxiety and panic attacks far to well, I also suffer with depression and take meds for this x x (post traumatic stress)

    It does get better with time hun honest x x I used to be woken with Panic attacks and then anxiety would prevent me from going back to sleep but thankfully over time its getting better good days and bad days still x

    Slight pain and I was panicking x x to calm me down I used to come on here and look up what was worrying me and I used to ALWAYS find I am not alone x x

    What a rollercoaster hey xx recovery is long but it does get better x x I am 1 1/2 years in since my SAH and still have bad days x x I just take it one day at a time x x best way x x x

    We are neighbours, I live in Derbyshire (Heanor)......was in leicester for a course this week gone x x x

    I have a 3 year old and I do believe he has/is a huge inspiration to me and in the early days it was him who made me get out of bed hehe x x

    it is a very frustrating recovery to go through, up and down all the time x x I have been good at work today and now at home I feel horrible x x

    Its all recovery process and our brains rewiring themselves x x I just tell myself one day I will feel good and one bad x x but i'm here x x

    She is lucky to have you supporting her x x my husband thinks I am well now so lets forget about it all x x wish it was that easy x x x

    one day at a time she will get there x x tc both of you x x

    Anxiety is a very difficult thing to deal with and hopefully one day for us it will all get better....

    I suffer really bad with anxiety and sit shaking my leg all the time x x x

    You have alot going off in your life and trying to deal with alot x x x

    I am now 1yr and 4 months since my sah and i know i am hard on myself alot but I need to do these things for my life to move forward x x x

    You are not alone in these feelings and I to had a sah in april 08....

    I STILL have dizzyness, full head, whoozy head, nausea and Panic attacks and suffer bad with anxiety x x x x

    I tell myself one day at a time and do what I feel x x Its difficult when my husband doesnt understand and trys to push me to the max x x it drives me mad because none of my family and friends understand x x x

    I love coming on BTG because you know you are not alone x x x

    Sending you a massive hug x x x

    I also thought I would be better by now and finding it all really hard to know how to pace myself x x x I am back at work 26 hours a week and have a 3 year old my hubby also managers a pub so when i'm not at work I am with my 3 year old and feel now that people need to help me out more x x x

    I have decided to join a gym and do it my way x x x (anger release:lol:)

    Also making plans to gom out with my sister more on our own and do things like going to cinema and bowling x x x I dont really like going out drinking anymore it just does not seem to appeal to me x x x shame you dont live closer you could of come with us x x x x x :-D:-D
