It may be useful to others who aren't aware of the cards that are provided by the charity, Headway. The link to the Headway site is as below, if anybody would like to contact Headway to obtain one of these cards. http://www.headway.org.uk/news.asp?step=2&contentID=103 Headway's brain injury survivor cards have been redesigned and are now back in stock. The cards, which are the same size as a normal credit card so they can easily be put in a wallet or purse, can help to explain some of the difficulties a brain injury survivor may experience. The text reads: "I am a Survivor of a Brain Injury. I may have problems with my memory, speech or actions. Your help and patience would be appreciated." There is a space to write your name and address if you wish, and our helpline number is on the front so people can ask us for information.
