I am keen to speak to anyone else who is post SAH and has returned to horse riding. I am very lucky as I have made a remarkable recovery and have no physical impairments but I would still like to share experiences with others. I have the ok to ride again but not for a while - physically not strong enough yet - expect a few months before I am up to that. Doctor has recommended I wait unitl the skull has fused before I get on a horse again - that makes sense. I was keen to find out any one else's experience.
