Good way is to keep a diary or just write stuff down how you feel about things very theriputic also another good way to see the change..... Liz, I've just been for coffee and cake with the friends I made through the MS group one of the woman was saying that she was in Hawick at the weekend, and I was saying about you mentioning the Melrose 7's whats really funny is that I'd not realized that both your names were Liz, my brain still even after this time works SO SLOW used to worry me a lot that, but now I just laugh it off.....its how I am...
