Karen Posted September 23, 2008 Share Posted September 23, 2008 Elaine, your Mum must be making a monumental effort ..... and how proud it must make you feel ...... just being able to do, the day to day stuff is something that we all learn to appreciate again .....and I would imagine that she also greatly appreciates having you around and believe you me, take it as a compliment that she feels safe, comfortable and reassured in your presence I personally think, that supermarket shopping is probably one of the worse things for a SAH'er, as there's a lot going on ....music, lights, kids and a huge amount of visual stimulation ..... then there's deciding what you need and what you want .... it's hard going for many SAH'ers.
