Esau
This month is my 11 year anniversary and I still can not sleep more than 4 hours at a time. I do not see a neurologist anymore but the last one wanted me to take sleep aids.
Skippy
Hi there If this has become and issue for you, it may be worth taking a trip to the GP. Some people can manage on 4 hours a night - but I don't know how. Are you getting any more sleep during the day?? If so this may be the reason. I struggled but I was sleeping for up to 4 hours during the day and then struggled at night which just ended up being a vicious circle.
Esau
Yes I take a nap during the day. I wake up very early get my kids to school. Go to physical therapy or local gym then come home and take a 60 to 90 minute nap before the kids come home. If I miss my nap I start to have high blood pressure problems So a nap is very important to me. I take one day at a time. I still worry to this day about having another bleed. Eating right is also a major goal but if I loose naps I tend to get off the diet
