Skippy Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Hey Tina Welcome to the family. The emotional side of things is completely normal. I was diagnosed with PTS which caused the panic attacks and depression but I saw a counsellor and he was brill. I still get bouts of crying and feeling really low, but it does get better. I found the more tired I was, the more emotional and down I became. Make sure you get plenty of rest and listen to your body. Speak soon love Sami xxx Quote
Tina Posted April 21, 2008 Author Posted April 21, 2008 Hi Sami Thank you for replying and for the reasurance It is still early days I suppose, but the emotional side has really hit me. I am feeling frustrated and guilty at the same time, feeling up one minute and down the next. Time is a healer I know and I must rest and be patient and listen to my body as you have said. It is great to know you are out there, and how I am feeling is normal!!! Catch up soon Take care Love Tinaxx Quote
