Hi Beth .....oh dear i am so sorry you had such a horrible time at the hospital.....doesnt make you feel good does it xxx I know they are very good at what they do ...but some have no bed side manner at all! I suppose at least you will not be in over Christmas, as the specialist is away......but the waiting must be awful for you xx No wonder a big sigh!!!!! Hi Graham I also have been clipped and have a plate in the side of my head and cheek bone.....i was told i am MRI compatible....i have titanium and col bolt chromium....i think that is how you spell it Love Tinaxx

Hi Lilnan....i agree with Shiree.....if you feel you want regular scans for peace of mind then 'stamp your feet'!!! Hi Prue...just read your response.....As far as i know....is not in my family, or yes in that case i would want my kids scanned, but mine was small i doubt if it would have been picked up...i had no warning signs....just came out of nowhere....in fact i had been laughing my head off with my next door neighbour about my Christmas tree.....when it ruptured! So i really don't know the answer and i don't think they do either! Love Tina xx

Hi Anne I am so sorry to hear that you have a second one, what a worry for you xx .But be reasured that they are keeping an eye on it. I can understand that it has taken the wind out of your sails quite a bit, it is hard enough dealing with one. I wish you well for the March appointment. Hi Michelle Yes i too have got a fold up stick 'Mr Stick' i call it lol....i got it from Argos after Karen recommended it to me...and yes it really does help for those wobbly moments and helps me with my confidence if out on my own for a walk. Good luck I did find it really embarrassing at first, felt like everyone was staring at me.....but i don't care now...just smile at them lol Love Tina xxx

Hi My memory pre sah is fine....like Caroline i suffer from short term memory and my time in hospital is hazy! Things are improving....and hopefully they will for your loved one...6 months is very early days. Take care Love Tina xx

Hi Prue Yes i also got deafness and ear infection, but my ear was blocked from my surgery, when they suctioned it out....it did all settle. I hope all improves for you soon, as i know how uncomfortable and confusing it can be with the dizzyness. Take care Love Tina xx
