    Hey.

Hi Miss Piggy A warm welcome to BTG. You sure have had a tough time, bless you. I am at 8 months, i am s/e and really want to get back to work, for many reasons, finacially, keeping my business going and because i feel guilty, like you. I have not managed to get back yet, i still have problems with my eye and balance and the dreaded fatigue. My husband like yours is my rock, he is so supportive and understanding and never puts any pressure on me at all. But i do know what you mean when you say you feel guilty, i feel guilty that i have put my husband and kids and parents through hell and back, but as the others have said, it was nothing we could have controlled. I am sure if you sat down with your hubby and explained how you feel, you can sort it out together. Maybe reducing the hours, or help around the home. We can be very emotional as well, it is good to talk, we are always here for you.... I dont know where i would be today if was not for this wonderful website, and the wonderful friends i have made here, there is always someone who can help or advise you. Take care Lots of Love Tinaxx

    hi

Hi Carol A warm welcome to you, this web site has been a Godsend to me, and has been helpful, supportive and caring. There is always someone that can help you, welcome. Great to see you in the Green Room, where we chat about anything, happy or sad, hope to see you in there again. Take care Love Tinaxx
  12. Hi Sarah C Bless you , you have had a hard time of it. I was clipped 8 months ago, and like you want to go back to work, want to be normal again, but just know i am not ready. Trouble is we look normal, once our hair and scars have repaired and our nerve palsy etc, and unfortunatly people just dont understand. It is lovely to hear you are still fighting for yourself and your family. Maybe you could show your Mum and family some of the posts that we have written on here. It seems that some of us have good days and then some really bad days, we all suffer from the dreaded tiredness, something i have never experienced before sah. I was always running around like a headless chicken, and if i try that now i suffer, I am 45 two kids, 18 and 20. I know it is early days for me, but there are others on here that are further on and still suffer much like you. Stay positive, look at what you have achieved, you should be very proud of yourself. I am sure your Mum is just trying to help, and loves you very much, it is difficult for others to comprehend what we go through. This web site has been a God send to me, i hope you find it as wonderful. and as helpful as i have..and remember we are always here for you and know how you feel. Take care and as Karen always says...dont be so hard on yourself Love Tinaxx
  13. Elaine....this website has been a God send to all of us

  21. Hi Donna Not sure what is happening at the moment, did not have a period for 6 months, when i did was really painful, but not heavy for a change, then had two in one month......all over the place...I never have been grumpy, just get more emotional, and sensitive the week before. God knows whats happening, i had a test, and also going through the change...all good fun Love Tinaxx
  22. Hi Joanne I am also very sorry to hear about your Dad, and hope he continues to improve. I was the same as the others, chatting away at the beginning, but seem to have lost lots of memories after being clipped, my hubby has to fill me in. I did not speak much at first, my hubby said i was drifting in and out of sleep alot. I agree with what the others have said about the brain mending, just takes time. I am fine now, it probably took a month before i was was talking normally, but still so very tired. Sending lots of love your way and thinking of you, time is a great healer, and your Dad sounds like he is doing just fine. Take care Love Tinaxx
