Hi there Warm welcome to the site so glad that you found us. Wow you've had a journey haven't you. I so understand your rehab learning to do things again from scratch stuff we take so much for granted. Well done on the phased return to work (I couldn't but so admire those who can) well done. take care

Hi there, Not sure either. You seem to be back in the thick of it, maybe too much too soon. I'd get a GP appointment. If nothing else it will put your mind at ease. Everything you described is all common as far as I know, with having had a SAH, we've all been there... And like Sarah I don't think so either, but do make an appointment...

What were your symptoms in order??
Louise replied to Chris G's topic in Non-Aneurysm SAH or Perimesencephalic SAH
Headaches on and off for a long time. When collapsed I understand I had sore neck and pins and needles. -
Post traumatic growth. Is there such a thing?
Louise replied to Daffodil's topic in Subarachnoid Haemorrhage Discussion
Hey people who are having a hard time dealing with the SAH and change find it weird when I say, 'Its probably the best thing to happen to me' ok in that I mean I'm a stronger person, I don't suffer fools, and if I have to I will just walk away... However I do float in and out of gloom time and I think the person I am now helps with that... -
I just don't know how you manage a job and running Oh how I wish I envy you... 6 hours and then running think you did too much... I so wished I was 'normal' but what is 'normal' even when I thought I was 'normal' we have to make the most of how we are 'now'

Help - excessive alcohol consumption
Louise replied to tricia0304's topic in Subarachnoid Haemorrhage Discussion
Doctor is right it's only a choice your husband can make himself, (we had that with my mother-in-law), agree with Jess, talk to him when he's sober, also maybe point out that he's survived a trama that many are denied, but again Jess is right you don't need this.. I hope the right decision is taken and things work out for you.. take care hun and cyber hugs.. -
Hello again Andrea sorry to hear what's been happening, it is hard to explain to people because we come out of hospital with little information we don't understand it ourselves let alone family and friends trying to understand it. hope your peace grows and you feel good about yourself as time goes on. take care..
