Hi

Just a note to thank you all for your advice and support since my SAH in June, this is such a worthwhile site that gives survivors somewhere to turn to. I have started back to work this week for two mornings on a phased return. No longer is work a priority in life and I really appreciate what is important to me, but it is good to be back and experiencing some 'normality'. Once again thank you. :D

Hi Caroline

Glad you've managed to start back at work and that you are being sensible with regards to the hours you work. Well done just remember to rest up when you get home.

Hi Caroline

Well done getting back to work. It really does give you a sense of normality and helps to re-build confidence. Take it easy though ... or you will pay.

Great to see you are able to return to work. Take it easy though, don't underestimate how much it will take out of you.Rest when you can. Good luck

Great to hear you are going back to work. I can really relate to what you say about working not being priority no.1 and realizing what´s important for you. Take care!
