Hi Myra I think i have been very lucky.....apart from losing confidence and panicking more about things....i am much the same person...or so my family and friends say! I do look at life differently and appreciate every thing! I did get very down a few times, and pushed people away...i think it is coming to terms with the new person you are...what you cant do the same as before, very frustrating!........i am trying to accept this and adapt....i just want my life back...as we all do! My Doctor offered me anti-depressants....which i did not want...it is a year for me now.....and i am feeling better in myself........so time will tell! Myra ...you have been through such alot....and you have had to cope alot on your own....i think you have done amazingly......maybe the things your friend has pointed out to you, you can address.....but take your time and do what is right for you! Hi Nurianna I am the same as Shiree....i waited for 3 months, until the scabs had healed on my scar......i was very wary, and avoided going right up to the scar area. My hair also grew back grey ! So long as the hairdresser knows to be gentle and careful, i think you will be fine.....you will certainly feel so much better...i know i did Take care Lots of love to you xx Love Tina xx

Hi Beth .....oh dear i am so sorry you had such a horrible time at the hospital.....doesnt make you feel good does it xxx I know they are very good at what they do ...but some have no bed side manner at all! I suppose at least you will not be in over Christmas, as the specialist is away......but the waiting must be awful for you xx No wonder a big sigh!!!!! Hi Graham I also have been clipped and have a plate in the side of my head and cheek bone.....i was told i am MRI compatible....i have titanium and col bolt chromium....i think that is how you spell it Love Tinaxx

Hi Lilnan....i agree with Shiree.....if you feel you want regular scans for peace of mind then 'stamp your feet'!!! Hi Prue...just read your response.....As far as i know....is not in my family, or yes in that case i would want my kids scanned, but mine was small i doubt if it would have been picked up...i had no warning signs....just came out of nowhere....in fact i had been laughing my head off with my next door neighbour about my Christmas tree.....when it ruptured! So i really don't know the answer and i don't think they do either! Love Tina xx

Hi Michelle Yes i too have got a fold up stick 'Mr Stick' i call it lol....i got it from Argos after Karen recommended it to me...and yes it really does help for those wobbly moments and helps me with my confidence if out on my own for a walk. Good luck I did find it really embarrassing at first, felt like everyone was staring at me.....but i don't care now...just smile at them lol Love Tina xxx
