Daffodil
Slowly does it Jane. No rush. Great about the other two little chaps and that the op did what it was supposed to and I am sure you will be able to apply some of the techniques you learnt post SAH to help you gently reduce the effects of The small stroke. Hopefully as you were being monitored you got the drugs you needed straight away so Im sure that will help. Well done missus. You have been very brave indeed. Bravo! Super Mario
Jane, the positive news is that the other two haven't altered. Hopefully the results of the small stroke will rectify themselves over time. Take it easy and give things time to normalise.

Colleen
Hi Janey, I was sorry to hear your procedure became more complicated than anticipated and about the stroke. However, I am so glad your speech has returned and will pray for recovery from the vertigo. I can't say I have suffered that myself, but have known sea-sickness and if they are at all alike, it is totally miserable. Rest up and feel better soon. Bluescat1
Best of luck with your recovery Jane. Colleen It was vertigo that led to the finding of my aneurysm, so in my case it might have been a good thing though not very pleasant. Janeyp
Can I ask has anyone else been given aspirin for life and copydogrel for 3 months after having a stent fitted ,I'm suffering heartburn and theyve prescribed me a drug that on the Internet says stops the absorption of copydogrel ,I'm scared to take it ,any advice please xxx
Skippy
Can't advise you I'm afraid Janey - we're not qualified to. The only thing you can do really is see your GP or Specialist and ask them. Do let us know what they recommend, though everyone's symptoms and meds are different, it will be interesting to know what they say.
Super Mario
As Skippy says we are not qualified to give medical advice so I can only relate my experience. In 2001 I had cardiac stents and was put on aspirin for life and 3 months of clopidogrel. 18 months ago I had a heart attack and needed another cardiac stent. I was still taking aspirin but was given clopidogrel to take as well for 12 months this time. I queried this and was told it was to prevent clotting round the foreign body i.e. the stent until my body got used to it. It is more than likely the aspirin that is giving you heartburn, be sure to take it on a full stomach, that helps. I have to take Omeprazole to protect my stomach as I also get heartburn. I was told to take clopidogrel at a different time of the day to the omeprazole. Like Skippy says, any doubts whatsoever see your doctor. What may suit one will not suit another and please note the above is only my experience. IT IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
